Programme Overview
Domestic Requirements
West Africa Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE)
Applicants with a minimum grade of C6 or better in three (3) core subjects i.e. English Language, Core Mathematics, Integrated Science and three (3) elective subjects including
Chemistry, Biology, Elective Mathematics and General Agriculture.
II. Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSSCE)
Applicants with a minimum grade of D or better in three (3) core subjects i.e. English
Language, Core Mathematics, Integrated Science and three (3) elective subjects including
Chemistry, Biology, Elective Mathematics and General Agriculture.
III.General Certificate of Education (GCE) Advanced Level
Applicants with passes in three (3) subjects, including Mathematics/Biology, Physics,
General Agriculture and Chemistry, at least one of the passes should be Grade D or
better. in addition to having credit passes (Grade 6) in five GCE Ordinary
Level subjects, including English, Mathematics and a Science subject.
IV. Technician Applicants
Technician Applicants with CTC III certificate (old or new scheme);
V. CTVET Certificate II Applicants (Technical School Graduates)
Credit Passes in SIX (6) relevant subjects comprising three (3) core subjects (English Language, Mathematics, Integrated Science/Social Studies), plus three (3) passes in relevant subject areas.
VI. Diploma Holders
Holders of KNUST Diploma in Civil Engineering with one-year relevant working experience
will be offered unconditional admission into the programme
