Domestic Requirements
A good first-degree holder with minimum Second Class (Lower) Division
Candidates Should have obtained BTech, BSc, or B.Eng in Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Planning , Real Estate, or any other relevant field.
A one-year Master's Programme in related field should be admitted in the Second year upon passing a selection interview.
