Domestic Requirements
A good First Degree with at least a Minimum of 2nd Class Lower Division in any Social Science, Business Administration, Maritime Discipline or related disciplines from a recognized university.
or

The highest-grade Certificate of Competency for unrestricted service as Master Mariner or Chief Engineer in the Merchant Navy.3
or

The University may consider applicants who possess a 3rd Class but with, at least, 2 years’ industry experience. Such applicants shall be considered subject to passing an entrance examination and interview.
