institution in Architecture, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying and
Construction Technology and management, and Civil Engineering.
Candidates with a two-year Master’s degree in Construction Management
are admissible. Candidates shall demonstrate sufficient ability to undertake
the programme. Candidates must have a minimum of two years relevant
industrial or research experience. Candidates must attend and pass a
selection interview. Candidates must submit a sustainable research proposal
and a workable programme.
