Candidates must have a Master’s degree or its equivalent from a recognised
institution in Architecture, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying and
Construction Technology and management, and Civil Engineering.
Candidates with a two-year Master’s degree in Construction Management
are admissible. Candidates shall demonstrate sufficient ability to undertake
the programme. Candidates must attend and pass a selection interview.
Candidates must submit a sustainable research proposal and workable
programme. Evidence of publication will be an added advantage.
