Domestic Requirements
Candidates must have a master’s degree in Pharmacology or a related field
in the Biomedical Sciences from an accredited institution. A candidate with
good first degree (minimum second-class Upper division) in Pharmacy,
Pharmacology, Toxicology, Medicine, Biochemistry, or related Biomedical
Sciences degrees must first apply as an MPhil and after satisfying the
conditions necessary for transfer into the PhD at the end of the second year
by the School of Graduate Studies. Candidates must present letters of
recommendation from three referees and provide evidence of source of
funding as part of the application. All candidates will have to attend and
pass a selection interview.
