Programme Overview
The Diploma in Information Technology (DIT) is a two-year programme designed to provide students with strong foundational knowledge in computing, networking, databases, and software applications. The programme blends theoretical concepts with practical training to prepare students for employment in IT support, database management, and entry-level software development, as well as progression into higher studies.
Domestic Requirements
• WASSCE Applicants: Grades A1–D7 in 3 core subjects (English, Mathematics, Integrated Science/Social Studies) and 3 relevant electives.

• SSSCE/GBCE Applicants: Grades A–D in core and elective subjects, including English, Mathematics, and Integrated Science/Social Studies.

• Mature Entry: Applicants must be at least 25 years old and pass a mature entrance examination.
International Requirements
All foreign qualifications in relevant fields will be evaluated by the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) to determine equivalence and eligibility.
