Programme Overview
The Master of Philosophy programme is a two year programme (one year taught and one year thesis) programme that is aimed at training qualified nurse educators and leaders who will improve on the quality of teaching and learning in nursing training schools and universities in Ghana and the world at large. The School of Nursing and Midwifery at WIUC-GH identifies with the fact that, nursing is a science and therefore dynamic. Therefore, it requires prompt updating of skills in teaching and learning to bring learners up to speed with the ever changing profession. The above outlined reasons support the vision of WIUC-GH, which is to provide top notch university education to the society at large.
