Domestic Requirements
Candidates applying for Doctor of Philosophy degree must have an MPhil
degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution and shall submit
evidence of adequate training and ability to undertake the proposed
programme. Candidates must have a good Bachelor’s degree (minimum of
Second Class (Lower Division) or equivalent degree in Pharmacy
(BPharm/PharmD), Herbal Medicine, Biology, Biological Sciences,
Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, Medical Laboratory Technology, and
other related disciplines from a recognised institution. Candidates must have
a good Master’s degree (MPhil) in Pharmaceutical Microbiology,
Microbiology, Biotechnology and other related disciplines from a
recognised institution. Short-listed candidates must pass a selection
interview. Internation candidates from non-English speaking countries must
possess adequate level of English proficiency
