Programme Overview
Domestic Requirements
Candidates must have a BSc degree (minimum of Second Class (Lower
Division)) in Food Science and Technology, Biochemistry, Chemistry,
Nutrition Science, Biology, Agricultural Engineering, Chemical
Engineering, or related science or technology disciplines from a recognised
university. A higher-level professional qualification or an advanced degree
and relevant work experience in a food-related establishment may be
considered where the candidate has not reached the requirement above. Such
candidates shall be assessed through a selection interview. Work experience
may be an advantage.
