Applicants must possess, at least, HND 2nd Class (Lower Division) certificate in
Building Technology, Construction Engineering and Management, Plumbing
Technology, Furniture Design & Production, Estate Management, and Interior
Design from any recognized University. Candidates with equivalent qualifications/
certificates can seek clarification from the Admissions Office.
Candidates with Construction Technicians Certificate (CTC) must have at least
Credits in all Four (4) major components at CTC Part II (Old Scheme)/ CTC Part III
(New Scheme) including passes in all project work and with Credits in English and
Mathematics.
Diploma of Technology Applicants: must have good grades (at least with a
Competent class award) in Construction Engineering Management, Interior Design
and woodwork)
NB: All CTC Part II (old Scheme holders) and CTC Part III holders will go through a
bridging programme for one semester before being enrolled on the B-Tech.
