Programme Overview
The MSc in Taxation and Law at KAAF University offers a unique and forward-looking program that blends tax policy, legal analysis, and financial regulation to address Ghana’s evolving economic and governance needs. Unlike traditional degrees, this interdisciplinary program equips students with a holistic understanding of taxation—covering both its legal and economic dimensions—preparing them to handle complex issues like cross-border taxation, digital taxation, trade tariffs, and international tax treaties. With a strong focus on aligning Ghana’s tax system with global frameworks such as the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA), OECD guidelines, and UN/IMF initiatives, the program is ideal for professionals aspiring to make a meaningful impact in government, corporate finance, international institutions, or academia. Graduates will be uniquely positioned to contribute to tax reforms, revenue mobilization, and policy development that support sustainable national growth and global competitiveness.
