Programme Overview
The MSc in Corporate and Commercial Law at KAAF University is designed to provide practical legal training for professionals without a prior background in law, empowering them with the knowledge and skills to confidently navigate legal and regulatory challenges in the workplace. This innovative program combines Ghanaian legal expertise with international business principles, offering specialized insight into areas such as Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), regulatory compliance, and emerging industries. To qualify for admission to the MSc program (Corporate and Commercial Law), applicants must have a good first degree, preferably second class lower or better (or a Final Grade Point Average of at least 2.0), in a relevant field of study in any recognized/accredited University. Applicants with third class may be considered for admission on case by case basis.
A formal interview may be used to determine the ability of all applicants to be able to complete the program on schedule
All foreign qualifications will be referred to GTEC for determination of equivalences and eligibility for admission
