Programme Overview
Currently, the Government of Ghana is making efforts to diversify the nation’s economy and manage it prudently. Not surprisingly, local and international investors as well as international financial institutions are developing confidence in Ghana’s economy. With the focus of the current administration on sustaining growth and taking Ghana to an upper middle-income status by 2025, there will be a high demand for managerial manpower. Demand for high caliber human resources is expected from all sectors of the economy; including the public service and private sector, in the areas of manufacturing, energy, banking, finance, insurance, leisure, hospitality, tourism, and not-for profit organizations. In anticipation of a growing economy that will create demand for seasoned business and management professionals, this programme is designed to create leaders who will thrive and succeed in complex, cross-functional, and globally diverse environments. MBA in Finance is a two-year programme typically designed for professionals to enhance their knowledge across multiple concepts, applications and focus on innovation as a means of leadership. The finance courses cover a comprehensive range of topics meant to develop skills and knowledge in applying financial principles to complex financial transactions. The all-inclusive broad-based training in independent thinking, research and development, business planning and development, advocacy, consulting, and nation-building would give All Nations University students a considerable edge in adjusting to the new economy within their future workplace.
