Programme Overview
The Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Theology program is an undergraduate degree program that focuses on the study of the Christian religion, its beliefs, practices, and teachings. The program is designed to equip students with a comprehensive understanding of the Bible and the Christian faith, as well as develop their skills in theological research, critical thinking, and communication. The BA Theology program covers a wide range of topics, including biblical studies, church history, pastoral ministry, Christian ethics, and systematic theology. Students will also have the opportunity to explore different theological perspectives and engage in discussions about contemporary issues affecting the church and society. The program is intended for individuals who desire to pursue a career in ministry, missionary work, counseling, or other related fields. Graduates of the BA Theology program may also pursue further studies in theology, divinity, or other related disciplines at the postgraduate level.
Domestic Requirements
Senior High School Certificate or its equivalent (e.g. West African Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (WASSCE), General Certificate of Education (GCE), International Baccalaureate (IB), etc.).

Applicants must have obtained credit passes in at least five (5) subjects including English Language and Religious Studies or any other relevant subjects.

Applicants who possess a Diploma in Theology or any related field from an accredited institution may also apply for admission into the Bachelor of Arts in Theology program.

Applicants may also be required to pass an entrance examination and/or undergo an interview process as part of the admission requirements.
