Programme Overview
The MSc in Construction Project Management is designed to offer demand-driven courses, leveraging competencies and coaching, and providing extensive industry exposure through internships and mentorship opportunities. It is an academic programme underpinned by a competency-based training philosophy aimed at adopting a multi-disciplinary approach in training and preparing students for a broad range of careers capable of addressing the complexities and challenges inherent in construction project management considering the digital age
Domestic Requirements
Undergraduates with qualification in Building Technology (B-Tech) / Bachelor of science (BSc) certificate holders with a minimum of Second-Class (Lower) Division and relevant working experience.
A good first-degree holder with a minimum of Second-Class (Lower) Division.
Candidates who have obtained a good first degree in the following fields: Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Planning, Real Estate, Facilities Management or any other relevant field. Candidates must attend an interview session and pass the interview before admission.
All foreign qualifications shall be referred to the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) for determination of equivalence and eligibility for admission to the University.
