Institutional Guidelines

  1. Each institution will have an institutional account where they will provide details such as courses offered, tuition fees, discounts or scholarships, intakes, and campuses.
  2. Institutions are to review documents submitted by prospective students and issue offer letters where requirements are met.
  3. All application processes will start on the YEDULO Ghana portal. The process can be completed by issuing an offer letter on the portal.
  4. Institutions are to respond to prospective students within 24 to 48 hours.
  5. The management of YEDULO Ghana has the authority to regulate the course pricing structure of institutions to promote fair competition and avoid undue advantage.
  6. No institution shall place its contact details on the website.
  7. All institutions must have their own admission letter template and use it to issue offer letters, which will be uploaded on the website and downloaded by the student.

Payment and Financial Agreement

  1. YEDULO Ghana takes commissions (%) of the tuition fee stated by the educational institution.
  2. All applications or admissions form payments will be received by YEDULO Ghana as commission paid. These funds will not be transferred to any institutions. However, Institutions are expected to issue offer letters and follow up with the applicant for payment of tuition fees.
  3. All payments for application forms, event participation, and other services will be made only through this portal. No cash payment will be accepted.

Termination of Partnership Agreement

  1. We will terminate our agreement if institutions upload unapproved courses by their regulatory bodies or provide misinformation to the public. The institution will bear the full responsibility for the consequences of such actions.
  2. Poor review ratings and a lack of responsive support to students who have paid application fees.
